Alex VanWanzeele, Indiana University East – Women's Golfer of the Week

Senior – Avon, IN

Indiana University East senior Alex VanWanzeele was named the KIAC women's golfer of the week by KIAC officials on Monday, April 13th. This is her third golfer of the week award of the season.

Indiana University East competed in the Indiana Wesleyan University Spring Invite on April 10-11. VanWanzeele finished 15th out of 51 golfers after finishing with a score of 167. She shot a first round 82 and finished with an 85 in the final round. The Red Wolves will return to action April 16-17 at the KIAC Championship in Santa Claus, IN.
