Christian McHatton, Brescia University – Baseball Player of the Week

5-11 Senior – Henderson, KY

Brescia University senior Christian McHatton was named the KIAC baseball player of the week by KIAC officials on Monday, April 20^th.

McHatton finished the week hitting .471 (8-for-17) as the Bearcats ended the week with a 3-3 overall record. The senior designated hitter recorded three doubles, eleven runs batted in and two runs scored. He set the career record for games played at Brescia (204) and a set a new career record for RBI's with 157. McHatton ranks 1^st in the KIAC with 42 runs batted in, 9^th in batting average (45-for-131) and 3^rd in slugging percentage (.588).

Brescia University is 15-31 overall and 9-11 in conference play. They will return to action on April 21^st when they travel to No. 15 Campbellsville University.
