Amber Brown, Point Park University – Women's Outdoor Track Athlete of the Week

Point Park University freshman Amber Brown was named the KIAC women's outdoor track athlete of the week by KIAC officials on Monday, April 20^th.

Point Park University competed in the NCAA Division III Slippery Rock Invitational on April 18^th. Brown set school records in the 100m and 200m events and has the fastest time in the KIAC this season in both. She finished 8^th out of 28 athletes in the 100m with a time of 12.63 and finished 8^th out of 27 athletes in the 200m with a time of 26.06. The Pioneers will return to action April 24-25 at the KIAC Championship Meet hosted by Rio Grande.
