KIAC Volleyball Attacker of the Week Keeana Walton (IU Kokomo)
FLORENCE, Ky. – Leading the attack in a 4-0 week for IU Kokomo was Keeana Walton, who was named the KIAC Volleyball Attacker of the Week, the conference announced on Monday (Sept. 21).
Walton is a junior middle hitter from Peru, Ind., who hit .451 with 29 kills in 11 sets (2.64 per set) last week. She had just six attack errors in 51 attempts as IU Kokomo improved to 15-2 overall, 2-0 KIAC on the year.
She put up 10 kills in a win at Asbury and nine kills in a win over IU Northwest. She also tallied seven kills in only eight attempts and zero errors in a victory over Alice Lloyd (Ky.).
