KIAC Men's Cross Country Runner of the Week Brian Moore (Point Park)
FLORENCE, Ky. – Point Park University freshman Brian Moore registered his third KIAC Men's Cross Country Runner of the Week award in four weeks, the KIAC office announced on Monday (Sept. 28).
Moore, from Howell, Mich., ran his fastest 8K of the year on Saturday, Sept. 26 at the NCAA Division II Lock Haven University Invitational. Moore's time of 26:05 put him in 14th place of 258 runners.
Moore was the ninth collegiate finisher as the top five placements at Lock Haven were from local running clubs. Moore and the Pioneers are back in action on Saturday, Oct. 3 at the University of Louisville Classic.
