KIAC Volleyball Attacker of the Week Mallory Livingston (IU East)
FLORENCE, Ky. – Mallory Livingston had a big week on the attack for IU East and was named the KIAC Volleyball Attacker of the Week, the KIAC office announced on Monday (Sept. 28).
Livingston, a 5-9 senior outside hitter from Union City, Ohio, averaged 4.67 kills per set in a 3-0 week for the Red Wolves. She totaled 42 kills in nine sets and hit .415 for the week.
The KIAC leader in kills per set (3.35), Livingston posted 16 kills and 11 digs in a win over Anderson. She also had 14 kills in a win over Governors State and 12 kills and five blocks in a victory over Purdue Calumet.
Livingston is 16th in the NAIA with 248 kills, which are tops on the IU East team. The Red Wolves are 11-9 overall, 2-1 KIAC and return to the court Tuesday at home versus Ohio Christian at 7 p.m.
