It's a meeting of the top two defensive teams in the conference. Ohio Christian (7-5-2, 4-0-1 RSC) leads the conference in defense with 0.93 goals against per game. The Trailblazers are unbeaten in five RSC contests and sit atop the conference standings.
Asbury (9-4-1, 4-1 RSC) ranks second in the RSC in team defense with 1.0 goals against per game. The Eagles lead the conference in overall wins with nine and are riding a league-best, five-game win streak. They are a half game behind OCU in the standings in second place.

Ohio Christian has won three straight games and is coming off a 3-0 home win over Cincinnati Christian on Thursday night. That put the Trailblazers in the conference lead. Last weekend, OCU had a strong showing on the road with wins of 3-1 at Carlow and 2-1 at Point Park. The Trailblazers also own an earlier win over Rio Grande, 2-0, and a tie versus WVU Tech, 1-1 (2OT) on their unbeaten conference resume.
Asbury has shut out its last four opponents overall and its last three RSC opponents. The Eagles registered home wins of 7-0 over Brescia (Ky.) and 2-0 over Midway (Ky.) in its last games Oct. 13 and 15. Their five straight wins have followed up their only conference blemish so far, a 1-0 loss at third-place Point Park (4-2 RSC) Sept. 29.
With defense being the strength of both teams, Ohio Christian and Asbury rank in the middle of the conference in scoring. Asbury is fourth in the RSC with 2.50 goals per game, and OCU is tied for sixth with 1.57.
