FLORENCE, Ky. -- The first installment of the River States Conference Women's Basketball Game of the Week features an RSC West Division matchup of Asbury (Ky.) University at Cincinnati Christian University on Saturday, Dec. 3 at 1 p.m. ET.

Asbury (4-5, 0-1 RSC) is the preseason favorite to win the RSC West Division and is currently "receiving votes" in this week's NAIA Division II Top 25 Poll.

Cincinnati Christian (3-6, 1-0 RSC) was picked fifth in the division in the preseason poll but has a conference victory under its belt already.

Asbury will be looking to avoid an 0-2 start to league play, and Cincinnati Christian will try to improve to 2-0 RSC and stay tied for the divisional lead.

Asbury played at IU Kokomo on Thursday night and absorbed an 82-75 loss to begin its RSC schedule. The Eagles had beaten No. 24 Milligan (Tenn.) in its game before that.

Cincinnati Christian is coming off an 80-60 home win over Alice Lloyd (Ky.) to begin its conference slate on Thursday.

Asbury brings two of the top scorers in the conference with guard Oney Harrison (18.6 ppg) and Brittany Warren (15.4 ppg) ranking first and third in the RSC. The Eagles are first in the conference in field-goal efficiency at 46.2 percent.

Cincinnati Christian has the inside duo of 6-1 forward Baylee Wallace at 13.0 ppg and 6-0 forward Aly Balser at 10.1 ppg. The Eagles shoot 42 percent overall and 26 percent from long range.
