KIAC Women's Outdoor Field Athlete of the Week: Carrie Corriell (Rio Grande)
FLORENCE, Ky. -- Carrie Corriell of the University of Rio Grande is the KIAC Women's Outdoor Field Athlete of the Week for March 7-13.
A senior from Lucasville, Ohio, Corriell placed in the top 11 of three throwing events at the NCAA Division I Coastal Carolina Invitational.
She placed ninth in the discus, 10th in the hammer throw and 11th in the shot put. The RedStorm returns to action March 24-25 at the Amy Adams Memorial Invitational in New Concord, Ohio.
