FLORENCE, Ky. -- Deuce Gibson had a strong overall week for Asbury University and earned KIAC Men's Tennis Player of the Week honors for March 14-20.
The Villa Hills, Ky., native went 4-0 in singles play and 3-1 in doubles on the week. The Asbury team went 3-1 in the four matches. The only loss was to NCAA Division I IUPUI, and it was Gibson who picked up a win in singles action.
For the year, Gibson is 5-0 in singles and 4-2 in doubles. Asbury has a record of 4-2 on the season.
