KIAC Men's Outdoor Field Athlete of the Week: Shaun Berry (Point Park)
FLORENCE, Ky. -- Point Park University jumper Shaun Berry won the triple jump and placed in all three jumps at the Juniata College Invitational to earn KIAC Men's Outdoor Field Athlete of the Week honors.
Berry, fresh off his 12th-place finish in the triple jump at the NAIA Indoor National Championship earlier this month, Berry was first at Juniata with a jump of 13.28 meters for his debut jump of the spring.
He was also seventh in the high jump at 1.78 meters and ninth in the long jump at 5.94 meters. The Pioneers return to action March 26 at the Cal U Early Bird Invitational.
