KIAC Men's Outdoor Track Athlete of the Week: Bryan Partika (Point Park)
FLORENCE, Ky. -- Point Park University freshman hurdler Bryan Partika ran to a school record at the Juniata College Invitational to earn KIAC Men's Outdoor Track Athlete of the Week honors.
A Poland, Ohio, native, Partika had a time of 59.31 seconds in the 400-meter hurdles to break the previous school record by four seconds and place fourth.
He was also fifth in the 110-meter hurdles with a time of 20.59, and he ran the 4x400 relay helping the squad to fourth place at 3:33.01.
Point Park's next meet is March 26 at the Cal U Early Bird Invitational.
