KIAC Women's Outdoor Field Athlete of the Week: Kiana Daley (Point Park)
FLORENCE, Ky. -- Point Park University thrower Kiana Daley is the KIAC Women's Field Athlete of the Week for her stellar performance at the Juniata College Invitational.
Daley, a junior from Roxbury, Mass., and a transfer from the junior college level where she was a national champion, set school records in all three throwing events.
She was second in the shot put with a distance of 10.48 meters, second in the discus at 34.72 meters and seventh in the hammer throw at 32.20 meters.
Daley and the Pioneers return to action March 26 at the Cal U Early Bird Invitational.
