KIAC Baseball Player of the Week: Logan Coughlin (IU Southeast)
FLORENCE, Ky. -- IU Southeast outfielder Logan Coughlin hit .750 in five games to claim KIAC Baseball Player of the Week honors for April 4-10.
Coughlin, a senior from Brownsburg, Ind., was 12 for 16 on the week as IU Southeast went 5-0. He collected two home runs and 11 RBIs, and eight of his 12 hits went for extra bases with four doubles and two triples as well.
The Grenadiers swept four games from Ohio Christian with Coughlin picking up 10 hits in the series. He was also 2 for 2 with two runs, a double, homer and two RBIs in a 5-4 win over No. 24 Lindsey Wilson.
IU Southeast (23-11, 15-1 KIAC) play at Brescia (Ky.) for a KIAC series April 15-16.
