GEORGETOWN, Ky. -- Brescia (Ky.) University leads after the first day of the KIAC Men's Golf Tournament on Friday at Cherry Blossom Golf Club, but play was halted with three teams yet to finish their second round of play.

The opening day of the two-day event was to include 36 holes. The day ended with three of the nine teams still needing to play three holes. The second round is scheduled to be completed by Saturday at 8:30 a.m., and the final 18 holes of the tournament will be after that.

Results on Golfstat are available at the link above, but only through the first 18 holes. The 36-hole leaderboard would be available after the completion of the second round.

When play ended Friday, Brescia was in the lead and had finished its 36 holes. Also completing 36 holes were the next teams in the standings, which are Asbury (Ky.) University in second place, Point Park (Pa.) University in third place, IU East in fourth place and WVU Tech in fifth place.
