IU Kokomo Unveils New Athletic Logos
The IU Kokomo Athletic Department has undergone an external face lift in the last several months. The new look athletic website was completed in May. To continue with this change the athletic logos have been updated.
The new IU Kokomo Cougar logo's have been enhanced to reflect the growing brand and presence of IU Kokomo Athletics. The ultimate goal was to create a look that was distinct to IU Kokomo, and differentiated Cougar athletics from the four other regional IU campuses who all have a similar look and feel. The head faces fully front and the claws come out of the shield which makes the IU Kokomo logo stand out amoung the peer institutions.
IU Kokomo apparel will be available this fall at all home athletic events and will feature the new look. The IU Kokomo Volleyball team opens up their season on August 24 when they travel to Marian Univerisity. The Men's and Women's Cross Country teams will travel to Purdue Northwest on August 26th and the Men's and Women's Golf teams will open up at IU East on August 26.
