FLORENCE, Ky. -- Point Park University sophomore distance runner Sean Hilverding moved into the Top 10 of the NAIA indoor track 5,000-meter rankings to pick up River States Conference Men's Indoor Track Athlete of the Week for Jan. 16-22.

Hilverding, from Spraggs, Pa., now ranks ninth in the country in the 5,000 meters after his time of 15 minutes, 47 seconds on Friday at the Youngstown State University Invitational. That placed him 14th of 34 runners at the NCAA Division I meet.
