Point Park's Ramos scores RSC Men's Soccer Offensive Player of the Week
NEW ALBANY, Ind. -- Point Park University forward Alan Ramos scored seven points in two games last week to win River States Conference Men's Soccer Offensive Player of the Week Oct. 9-15.
A senior from San Antonio, Texas, Ramos totaled three goals and one assist as Point Park went 2-0 in a pair of RSC road games. Ramos notched two game-winning goals on the week with the Pioneers winning at IU East, 4-1, and at Ohio Christian, 1-0.
Ramos had two goals and an assist at IU East. He then followed that up with the only goal of the game at OCU, which came on a penalty kick. Point Park is 10-3, 5-1 RSC and plays host to WVU Tech for its next game on Friday.
