IU East's Diceanu wins RSC Women's Soccer Offensive Player of the Week
NEW ALBANY, Ind. -- IU East freshman Bryanna Diceanu reached double-digit points for the week to win River States Conference Women's Soccer Offensive Player of the Week for Oct. 23-30.
A native of Bradford, Ohio, Diceanu posted 10 points in two games, which featured four goals and two assists on the week. She had five points in each game, which were a pair of conference wins over Brescia (Ky.) and Midway (Ky.).
She had two goals and an assist in the 6-1 win over Brescia and then two more goals and an assist in the 4-2 victory over Midway. That improved IU East to 6-7-4 overall and 2-3-4 RSC with still a slight chance to reach the conference playoffs if tiebreakers go its way.
The Red Wolves have completed their regular season, the first one in school history.
