MIDWAY, Ky. -- The top two teams in the current standings square off for the River States Conference Baseball Games of the Week for Week 5 when Point Park (Pa.) University (24-12, 16-4 RSC) visits Midway (Ky.) University (22-17, 19-5 RSC) for doubleheaders April 14-15.
Point Park enters the weekend with the top conference winning percentage in the RSC at 16-4. Midway leads in the league in RSC victories with 19 but trails the Pioneers in the loss column by one game. It is also a matchup of the top hitting team in the conference, Point Park, versus the top pitching team in the league, Midway.
