Point Park's Daley wins RSC Women's Outdoor Field Athlete of the Week again
FLORENCE, Ky. -- Point Park University senior Kiana Daley once again won the River States Conference Women's Outdoor Field Athlete of the Week for April 10-16.
Daley, from Roxbury, Mass., earned her latest honor by winning the discus at the Geneva Invitational. She had a toss of 39.20 meters to best the discus field at Geneva.
Daley also competed in the shot put at Geneva and once again scored points in seventh place with a throw of 9.96 meters. Behind Daley and others, the Pioneers placed second in the team standings at the meet.
Point Park competes next at the NCAA Division II SRU Open on April 20.
