IU Southeast's Sipe earns RSC Volleyball Setter of the Week
NEW ALBANY, Ind. -- IU Southeast freshman Hannah Sipe led the Grenadiers to a 3-1 record to earn River States Conference Volleyball Setter of the Week for Sept. 18-24.
A native of Seymour., Ind., Sipe averaged 11.93 assists and 2.00 digs per set in four matches. She also posted an attack percentage of .381.
Sipe put up a week-high 53 assists in a 3-1 win over MacMurray. She had 44 assists and nine digs in a loss to Asbury and a double-double of 38 assists and 10 digs in a win over Oakland City. The final match had 32 assists in a sweep of Spalding.
IU Southeast is now 3-11 overall and 0-1 RSC. The Grenadiers host Cincinnati Christian on Tuesday.
