WVU Tech's Naves scores RSC Men's Soccer Offensive Player of the Week
MIDDLETOWN, Ohio -- (RV) WVU Tech forward Jesus Naves had a six-point game to score River States Conference Men's Soccer Offensive Player of the Week for Oct. 15-21.
Naves, a junior from Gijon, Spain, tallied two goals and two assists in the Golden Bears' 8-0 win over Ohio Christian. He scored two goals the first 15 minutes to send WVU Tech on its way to a victory in the only game of the week.
WVU Tech is now 11-1-4 overall and 5-1-1 RSC. The Golden Bears travel to Midway on Thursday for the next game.
