WVU Tech's Pateli gets another RSC Volleyball Setter of the Week award
MIDDLETOWN, Ohio -- For the fifth time this season, WVU Tech junior Konstantina Pateli has been named the River States Conference Volleyball Setter of the Week. This most-recent honor comes for Oct. 22-28.
The Athens, Greece, product powered the Golden Bears to a 3-0 week with 102 total assists and 9.27 assists per set. She also tallied 16 kills, 24 digs and hit .481 on the attack in 11 sets.
Pateli posted 40 assists, 10 digs and three kills in a win over Kentucky Christian. She also compiled 29 assists, 10 digs and eight kills in a big win of 3-1 over IU East. The middle match of the week had 33 assists, four digs and four kills in a victory over Ohio Christian.
WVU Tech (26-8, 9-5 RSC) has its next match Friday at Point Park.
