2018 RSC Men's Cross Country Scholar-Athlete Team recognizes 36 honorees

MIDDLETOWN, Ohio -- The 2018 River States Conference Men's Cross Country Scholar-Athlete team recognizes 36 student-athletes who excel in the classroom and on the course. ​

To be included, student-athletes must have a grade-point average of 3.25 or higher, be nominated by their institution and compete in men's cross country for an RSC school. Point Park (Pa.) University led the conference with eight team members awarded.

The NAIA has a similar awards program, the NAIA-Daktronics Scholar-Athlete award, which is for juniors and seniors who have a grade-point average of 3.50 or higher.
