RSC Indoor Track & Field Championship Coming Up Friday, Feb. 9 at Tiffin

TIFFIN, Ohio -- The inaugural River States Conference Men's & Women's Indoor Track & Field Championships are coming up Friday, Feb. 9 from Tiffin, Ohio. The Heminger Center at Tiffin University serves as the host site for the very first indoor championship for the RSC.
The meet begins at 3 p.m. with the track events and the field events both starting at that time. The meet continues until approximately 9 p.m. with the final awards to be handed out at the conclusion of all events.
Seven men's teams and seven women's teams will be competing for the inaugural RSC titles in indoor track and field. Team awards for the champions and runners up will be handed out as well as individual awards for all-conference, most outstanding performers and coaches of the year. The top six finishers in each event will score points for their teams, and the top three in each event will be all-conference.
RSC schools competing in indoor track and field include: Brescia (Ky.) University, Carlow (Pa.) University, Indiana University East, Ohio Christian University, Point Park (Pa.) University, University of Rio Grande (Ohio) and WVU Tech.
