Point Park's Mangum pulls in RSC Women's Field Athlete of the Week
MIDDLETOWN, Ohio -- Point Park University thrower Mackenzie Mangum had a high finish at Bethany (W.Va.) to pull in River States Conference Women's Outdoor Field Athlete of the Week for March 26-April 1.
Mangum, a sophomore from Pittsburgh, Pa., placed second in the javelin at the meet. That came with a toss of 34.98 meters for the RSC champion from last year.
Point Park's next competition is April 7 at the Slippery Rock Invitational.
