Brandi Jones repeats as RSC Women's Golfer of the Week from IU Kokomo
MIDDLETOWN, Ohio -- IU Kokomo junior Brandi Jones has been selected as the River States Conference Women's Golfer of the Week for the second week in a row. This latest honor comes for Oct. 7-13.
Jones, from Peru, Ind., led the Cougars at the Grace College Battle at Stonehage last week. She had rounds of 86 and 81 to place 17th out of 51 golfers, It was a 5,806-yard layout, and the Cougars finished 5th of 12 teams. Conditions were 40 degrees and windy.
IU Kokomo will play at the Huntington College Shootout Oct. 25-26 to close out the fall season.
