Burman named RSC Volleyball Defender of the Week for IU Southeast
MIDDLETOWN, Ohio -- IU Southeast libero Kenna Burman was named River States Conference Volleyball Defender of the Week for her play Oct. 14-20..
The Arcadia, Ind., native averaged 6.67 digs per set in three matches last week. She also served at 95 percent and passed at 93 percent. Burman helped the Grenadiers to a 2-1 record in RSC action last week.
She had 23 digs and an ace in a sweep of Rio Grande (Ohio) and then 18 digs and an ace in a sweep of WVU Tech. The week started with 19 digs in a 3-0 loss to IU Kokomo.
IU Southeast is 18-5 overall, 7-2 RSC and will be at Ohio Christian and IU East this weekend.
