Sipe selected for RSC Volleyball Setter of the Week from IU Southeast
MIDDLETOWN, Ohio -- IU Southeast junior Hannah Sipe was selected for River States Conference Volleyball Setter of the Week for her play from Oct. 14-20.
The native of Seymour, Ind., averaged a conference-high 12.00 assists per set in leading the Grenadiers to a pair of RSC wins. She had 40 or more assists in each of the wins with 46 assists and six digs in a sweep of Rio Grande and 40 assists and eight digs in a 3-0 win over WVU Tech. She started out with 22 assists and nine digs in a 3-0 loss to IU Kokomo.
Sipes averages for the week also included 2.56 digs per set and a .313 attack percentage. She added seven kills in 16 attempts for the week. IU Southeast is 18-5 overall, 7-2 RSC and will be at Ohio Christian and IU East this weekend.
