Burman garners 4th RSC Volleyball Defender of the Week honor for IU Southeast

MIDDLETOWN, Ohio -- IU Southeast libero Kenna Burman picked her fourth River States Conference Volleyball Defender of the Week honor for the season for her play Nov. 4-10.

A junior from Arcadia, Ind., Burman led the Grenadiers to a 2-0 weekend with 6.44 digs per set and 58 total digs in two matches. She also served at a 100-percent success rate and passed at 93.9 percent in serve-receive.

Burman had a big match of 37 digs and six assists in a five-setter versus Asbury. She also had 21 digs and two assists in a 3-1 win over Midway. IU Southeast is 26-4 overall, 13-3 RSC and will play WVU Tech in the RSC Volleyball Championship Quarterfinals on Friday in Pittsburgh, Pa.
