Sipe repeats as RSC Volleyball Setter of the Week for IU Southeast
MIDDLETOWN, Ohio -- IU Southeast junior Hannah Sipe for the second time in three weeks has been named the River States Conference Volleyball Setter of the Week. She won the latest honor for her play Nov. 4-10.
Sipe, from Seymour, Ind., piled up 12.56 assists per set in a 2-0 week for the Grenadiers. She totaled 113 assists in nine sets and also tallied 13 digs, two aces and a kill. Sipe put up 63 assists and nine digs in a 3-2 win over Asbury. She also had 50 assists and four digs in the 3-1 win over Midway.
Sipe and IU Southeast pushed the team record to 26-4 overall, 13-3 RSC, and they will play WVU Tech in the RSC Volleyball Championship Quarterfinals on Friday in Pittsburgh, Pa.
