Stille collects RSC Women's Basketball Player of the Week from Carlow (Pa.)
MIDDLETOWN, Ohio -- Carlow (Pa.) University senior Emma Stille had an amazing 32 rebounds in a single game to claim River States Conference Women's Basketball Player of the Week from Dec. 2-8.
The 6-1 forward from Westerville, Ohio, pulled down a career-high 32 boards in the Celtics 76-67 win over Point Park (Pa.). It was just four off the NAIA women's basketball single-game rebounding record of 36 and has been surpassed only twice in NAIA history.
Stille had 22 defensive rebounds and 10 offensive boards in the contest. She also totaled 13 points, four blocks and three assists and was 5 for 10 from the field.
Carlow is 6-5 overall, 1-0 RSC and will be at Rio Grande (Ohio) on Saturday.
