Midway (Ky.) baseball head coach Luther Bramblett reaches 600 career wins
MIDDLETOWN, Ohio -- The River States Conference congratulates Midway (Ky.) University baseball head coach Luther Bramblett on reaching the 600-career wins milestone. This occurred over the weekend during the Eagles' series sweep at Ohio Christian.
Bramblett is in his 18th year as a college baseball head coach with this being his third year at Midway. He coached 15 years at St. Catharine (Ky.) College amassing 532 victories before going over to Midway with 69 wins since the program was started for the first time ever in 2017. He ranks within the top 30 of active NAIA baseball head coaches for most career wins.
He started the year with 586 career victories. It was the middle game of the three-game sweep at Ohio Christian that notched the milestone win, and he now has 601 victories to date. The Eagles are 15-15 overall, 6-6 RSC entering the weekend.
