SIOUX FALLS, S.D. -- The River States Conference has three teams in the final 16 of the NAIA Division II Men's Basketball National Championship. The conference has No. 1 seed WVU Tech (30-4), No. 4 IU East (25-8) and No. 6 IU Kokomo (26-7) all in action for second-round games in the round of 16 on Friday, March 8.

With three teams in the round of 16, RSC men's basketball is among the best-represented conferences in the country. The Crossroads League and the Great Plains Athletic Conference are the only leagues with more teams with four each. The other three teams come from the WHAC, CCAC and KCAC.
