OKLAHOMA CITY - Recent Indiana University East graduate Bre Nowak concluded her stellar Red Wolf golf career May 15 at the NAIA Women's Golf National Championships.
Nowak posted a second-round score of 86 on the par-72, 6,050-yard Lincoln Park Golf Club West Course.
Nowak finished her stay at the national tournament in 135th place with a 36-hole score of 170. The top 40 individuals advanced to play May 16 and 17 in the final two rounds of the 72-hole event.

* Nowak carded a birdie on the par-5 No. 5 for the second day in a row.
* Nowak started her round from No. 1 and was part of the afternoon pairings.
* Nowak was competing in the national tournament for the second year in a row and third time in four years.
