Brescia (Ky.) representing RSC at NAIA Men's Golf National Championship
MESA, Ariz. -- Brescia (Ky.) University is representing the River States Conference at the NAIA Men's Golf National Championship May 21-24 in Mesa, Ariz. The Bearcats earned the conference's automatic team qualification as RSC Champions.
Brescia is in the national tournament for the second year in row and has won back to back conference titles .The Bearcats tee off on Tuesday, May 21 at 12:30 p.m. CT for the first round. Their tee time on Wednesday, May 22 is 7:50 a.m. CT for the second round. The field will be cut after 36 holes before the final two rounds of the 72-hole championship.
The national tournament is being held at Las Sendas Golf Club in Mesa, Ariz. There are a total of 30 teams represented at the national championship with Brescia one of the 19 teams to earn qualification through a conference. There is also one host berth and 10 at-large selections based on the final NAIA Men's Golf Top 25 Poll.
