CHILLICOTHE, Ohio -- The 2019 River States Conference Baseball Championship bracket is set after the completion of the regular season on Tuesay. The six-team, double-elimination tournament gets underway Thursday, May 2 and will be held all through the weekend at VA Memorial Stadium In Chillicothe, Ohio.

The RSC Baseball Championship returns to the home of the Chillicothe Paints of the Prospect League for the third year in a row. The champion will receive an automatic bid to the NAIA Baseball National Championship.

The tournament features three games each day on Thursday, Friday and Saturday with start times at 11 a.m., 3 p.m. and 7 p.m. The championship round is Sunday at 11 a.m. with the championship second round to follow, if necessary.

The RSC baseball awards ceremony is scheduled for Thursday in between games two and three of the day. The all-conference teams and award winners will be recognized on the field at approximately 5:30 p.m.

No. 24-ranked IU Southeast (34-16, 21-6) is the No. 1 seed as the RSC regular-season champion. The Grenadiers locked up a bid to nationals with their second first-place finish in a row. IU Southeast will face No. 6 seed Midway (Ky.) University (25-25, 14-13 RSC) in the first game of the tournament on Thursday at 11 a.m.

Point Park (Pa.) University (31-15, 19-8 RSC) earned the No. 2 seed with its victory over Asbry (Ky.) University (24-20, 15-12 RSC) on Tuesday, a make-up game and the last one of the regular season. The Pioneers and the No. 5 seeded Eagles will meet once again, this time in the postseason, on Thursday at 3 p.m.

IU Kokomo (33-16, 19-8 RSC) is the No. 3 seed, and the Cougars will conclude the first day of action taking on No. 4 seed University of Rio Grande (Ohio) (34-18, 18-9 RSC) on Thursday at 7 p.m.
