WVU Tech "receiving votes" in NAIA DII Women's Basketball Top 25 Poll
KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- The NAIA Division II Women's Basketball Coaches' Top 25 Poll released today (Jan. 15) features WVU Tech "receiving votes" and representing the River States Conference.
The Golden Bears (13-6, 6-0 RSC) are just outside the Top 25 and come in at No. 27 overall in the nation. WVU Tech is leading the RSC East Division and leading the league overall with the best conference record. The Golden Bears have won seven in a row.
The RSC has had a total of two teams receive mention in the rankings this year with Asbury (Ky.) University (14-4, 3-2 RSC) "receiving votes" in the last poll. Midway (Ky.) University (14-3, 4-2 RSC) is in the lead in the RSC West and remains unranked this time as well.
