IU East's Miller cards RSC Men's Golfer of the Week award
MIDDLETOWN, Ohio -- Indiana University East freshman Jake Miller shot two rounds under par to earn River States Conference Men's Golfer of the Week for Oct. 5-11.
The Richmond, Ind., native recorded scores of 71-70 on the par-72 course at the Music City Invitational. His two-day total of 3-under par tied for medalist honors, but he was edged out in a playoff. Overall, there were 67 players and five NAIA Top 25 teams in the field.
The Red Wolves will host the IU East Fall Tee-Off on Oct. 24.
