Midway's Taylor takes home RSC Women's Cross Country Runner of the Week
MIDDLETOWN, Ohio -- Midway (Ky.) University senior Sadie Taylor earned River States Conference Women's Cross Country Runner of the Week with her performance Oct. 5-11.
Taylor, a senior from Frankfort, Ky., led the Eagles at the Fast Cats Invitational hosted by Brescia (Ky.). She was 18th out of 96 runners with a time of 20 minutes, 29 seconds in the 5,000-meter course. That paced Midway to seventh as a team and was second individually amont RSC runners.
The Eagles will be at Asbury's Chick-Fil-A Invitational on Oct. 24.
