Point Park's Diaz gets RSC Men's Soccer Offensive Player of the Week
MIDDLETOWN, Ohio -- Point Park (Pa.) University junior Lorenzo Diaz had a big couple of games to garner River States Conference Men's Soccer Offensive Player of the Week for Nov. 2-8.
Diaz, from Guaynabo, Puerto Rico, had 10 points combined in two games, both victories for the Pioneers. Diaz collected five points each in victories fo 6-1 over Ohio Christian and 5-2 at Oakland City (Ind.).
Diaz tallied two goals and an assist in each game to lift the Pioneers to 6-1 overall and 6-0 RSC. Point Park hosts WVU Tech on Thursday.
