IU Southeast's Burman named RSC Volleyball Defender of the Week for third time
MIDDLETOWN, Ohio -- Indiana University Southeast libero Kenna Burman was named River States Conference Volleyball Defender of the Week for Nov. 2-8, her second week in a row and third time this year with the award.
A senior from Arcadia, Ind., Burman had double digit digs in both of the Grenadiers' matches on the week. She led IU Southeast to a 2-0 record with 4.33 digs per set, a perfect reception percentage and four service aces.
Burman had 14 digs, nine assists and three aces in a 3-0 win at Asbury (Ky.). She then had 12 digs in a sweep at Point Park (Pa.).
IU Southeast (8-6, 8-5 RSC) visits Oakland City (Ind.) on Nov. 9.
