WVU Tech's Stover earns RSC Men's Outdoor Field Athlete of the Week
MIDDLETOWN, Ohio -- WVU Tech freshman Austin Stover was named River States Conference Men's Outdoor Field Athlete of the Week for March 1-8.
The Beckley, W.Va., product placed 12th at the Golden Eagle Invitational in both the shot put and the discus. At the meet hosted by University of Charleston, he threw threw the shot put 10.32 meters and tossed the discus 32.12 meters.
