MIDDLETOWN, Ohio -- Your basketball media pass for a tour around the River States Conference is all yours this Wednesday-Thursday, Oct. 13-14 for the 2021-22 RSC Men's & Women's Basketball Media Days! Fans, media and supporters from around the conference will have all the access they need to hear from head coaches and student-athletes from around the league.
We invite you to the RSC Facebook page (www.Facebook.com/RiverStatesConference) on Wednesday, Oct. 13 for men's basketball and Thursday, Oct. 14 for women's basketball for the media days. Beginning at 12:00 pm ET each day, you will have a chance to hear from all 14 men's and women's head coaches and student-athletes from each school as we tip off the season in the coming weeks. A new video will debut every 15 minutes following the schedule below, which begins with the RSC East Division both days.
The Media Days will also feature the release of the 2021-22 RSC Men's & Women's Basketball Preseason Coaches' Polls and the RSC Men's & Women's Preseason All-Conference Teams as voted on by the league's head coaches. The preseason all-conference teams will include 10 players to highlight as the seasons begin.
The River States Conference has 14 schools in five states covering Kentucky, Indiana, Ohio, West Virginia and Pennsylvania. The conference expanded to its current membership for the 2021-22 year with the addition of St. Mary-of-the-Woods (Ind.) College and Ohio Valley (W.Va.) University this past summer.
