Conn captures RSC Men's Golfer of the Week from Midway (Ky.)
MIDDLETOWN, Ohio -- Midway (Ky.) University senior Logan Conn was the medalist at the RSC Men's Golf Fall Preview and thus was chosen as the River States Conference Men's Golfer of the Week Sept. 27-Oct. 4.
The Prestonburg, Ky., native was first of 62 players with a two-day total of 3-under 139. He opened up with a 68 and then fired a 71 in the final round to lead Midway to the team title out of 11 teams. It was a five-shot victory for Conn.
The tournament was played at Belterra Golf Club, the same site as the RSC Championship in the spring.
