IU East's Swimm snags RSC Volleyball Attacker of the Week

MIDDLETOWN, Ohio -- Indiana University East outside hitter Jessica Swimm had a big week of offense to snag River States Conference Volleyball Attacker of the Week for Oct. 25-31.

The Hagerstown, Ind., native totaled 52 kills in just 11 sets played on the week for an average of 4.73 kills per set. She put together a .312 attack percentage and scored 54.5 points. That led the Red Wolves to a 2-1 week in conference.

A big match for Swimm was 26 kills in a win over Ohio Christian. Swimm also collected 28 digs on the week for an average of 2.55 digs per set. IU East is now 16-11, 11-4 RSC and will travel to WVU Tech on Nov. 2.
