Midway's Hill snags RSC Women's Golfer of the Week
MIDDLETOWN, Ohio -- Midway (Ky.) University sophomore Emilie Hill led the Eagles in their tournament last week to pick up River States Conference Women's Golfer of the Week for March 8-14.
The Frankfort, Ky., native had a pair of rounds in the 80s by firing 81-82 at the Skyhawk Invitational. That tied for 16th individually out of 56 golfers and led the Eagles to fifth place as team. The two-day total of 163 was 19-over par.
Midway's next event is the Hermitage Invitational March 23-24.
