Fousse named RSC Men's Soccer Defensive Player of the Week for Brescia
MIDDLETOWN, Ohio -- Brescia (Ky.) University center back Baptiste Fousse was a key part of the Bearcats' 2-0 week and thus was named River States Conference Men's Soccer Defensive Player of the Week Aug. 23-29.
A junior from Metz, France, Fousse led Brescia to a victory over (RV) Missouri Baptist, 2-1, and also scored a goal in a victory over Campbellsville-Harrodsburg.
Fousse's play has lifted the Bearcats to a 2-1 record in the early going, the Bearcats' best start since 2016.
