Point Park's Carter takes home RSC Men's Cross Country Runner of the Week
MIDDLETOWN, Ohio -- Point Park (Pa.) University junior Treven Carter turned in a personal-best time to win River States Conference Men's Cross Country Runner of the Week honors for Sept. 20-26.
The native of Frederick, Md., posted a time of 27 minutes, 14 seconds at the Lock Haven Invitational to claim the award. He was the top finisher for the Pioneers at the NCAA Division II event, and it was the top time in the conference on the week.
Point Park will be in action again on Oct. 9 at the Carnegie Mellon Invitational.
